I really enjoyed this and think it is delightfully drinkable all on its own—it doesn’t need the addition of juice to make it a tasty mimosa, although it’s great for that, too.
It’s balanced, erring toward dry rather than sweet. Translation: You can drink it all day without it becoming “too much.”
Price: $21.00
Produced in: Spain
Style: Dry
Tasting Notes: Delicate bouquet of pear and dried apricot. Medium body that is dry with a balanced acidity, effervescent, tart green apple, unripened pear, lime zest and kiwi with a flavorful and lasting finish.
My Notes: This pleased my pickiest friend who refuses to drink any bubbly that isn’t Prosecco. That’s one hell of an endorsement.
Ingredients: Alcohol removed Chardonnay wine, sugar, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide (to retain quality). Contains sulfites.
Overall Drinkability: It’s very drinkable, I would definitely buy it again.
