This was a pleasant surprise given that it was my third entree into NA spirits, and the first two were busts.
It hits slightly sweet, but it’s clean and doesn’t linger, so overall it’s balanced.
It tastes great with the cheese and is amazing with juices for mimosa variations.

My Notes: I actually taste elderflower – that subtle hint of sweetness that elderflower has. I will use it as a mixer in other drinks that call for that profile.

Overall Drinkability: It’s very drinkable, I would definitely buy it again.
